Individualized Education Program (IEP) Consulations & Advocacy

What is an Individualized Education Program (IEP)?

An IEP, or Individualized Education Program, is a personalized roadmap designed to support students in public schools who require special education services. This legal document outlines the student's current academic and functional abilities, sets measurable goals for the year, and specifies the services and supports necessary for the student to progress. It acts as a blueprint for collaboration between parents, educators, and specialists, ensuring that the student's unique needs are met through tailored instruction, accommodations, and modifications. The IEP is a dynamic document, reviewed and revised at least annually to ensure it remains aligned with the student's evolving needs and goals.

The IEP Process Doesn't Have to be Overwhelming.
